Porreres is a calm, historical town and municipality in the center of Mallorca in the region Es Pla. There is good accessibility to Porreres and not so many tourists. The local people know each other well and like to stop for a chat with their neighbours. There are quite a few good cafés and restaurants, a lot of them use local produce
